Self Care–
You may know the best ways to study, but do you know the best ways to wind down at the end of the day?
If not, here are three ways to relax at home after a long school day.
- The first way is doing deep breathing technique for about 10 minutes.
- The second way is to listen to music producing a calming effect because it releases dopamine and reduces stress hormones.
- The final way is by dripping cold water on your wrists. By doing this you calm down your whole body because your major arteries are just underneath the skin.

It is so important to self care this year, especially with COVID too! Listening to music is definitely a great way to wind down and it gives me very calm and soothing vibes!
