For this year’s halftime show, it was one to go down in history. Old artists such as Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar, and Eminem performed for the halftime show. With a special appearance from 50 cent, it was truly an amazing performance. It starts with Dr. Dre coming out with Snoop Dogg on the top middle stage. Snoop starts to perform “The Next Episode” by Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre., Dr. Dre then performs his part of the song. The crowd was really excited already. After that song they transition into “California Love” by Dr. Dre and Snoop Dog. When finishing, Dre and Snoop point down to 50 Cent. 50 Cent is upside down and starts to perform “In Da Club”. Social media has already made many jokes with 50 cent appearing upside down. 50 Cent performs in the middle stage inside the box. After finishing, Mary J. Blige comes out and performs “Family Affair” and “No More Drama”. She has some of the best dancer outfits, they were sparkly and really caught the audience’s attention. She performs on the middle stop stage. Kendrick then is on floor level and starts to perform “m.A.A.d City” then into “Alright”. He also has amazing dancers, making patterns throughout the dance. Afterwards, Eminem appears on the side top left stage. He performs “Forgot About Dre” and “Lose Yourself”. When he is finished Dre begins playing the piano, performing “I Ain’t Mad at Cha’ by Tupac Shakur. Eminem knees during this in honor of Collion Kaepernick’s fight for equality. In the middle, Dr. Dre then performs “Still Dre” and ending it all the Superbowl performers sing together, “D.R.E”.
