Big Foot, Big Hoax?
March 16, 2022
The forest, the ground that you stand on, the air that you breathe, the view that you see is all proven to be real. Stories you hear from others seem to be believable because they all seem relatively realistic. However, crypto-hominids (a human-type creature also related to apes) seem to be intolerable to the human mind. We don’t believe in what we don’t see. We don’t believe in what isn’t fact-checked by a professional. Well, what I’m trying to get at is, are you a believer despite the lack of evidence?
For as far back as man has been able to utilize his brain to advance into the future there has been a multitude of folklore, ancient sites, and sightings that seem to perplex all reasoning. Why is Bigfoot only seen as another figment of imagination that was popularized due to conspiracies and the growing interest in believing in something beyond the ordinary.
With a height range believed to be 6-15 ft and a staggering 24 inches in foot length with 20 inches in width, Bigfoot is one of the most common crypto hominids in existence. Why he is “believed by some people to exist in the northwestern United States and Western Canada?”
You may know that Bigfoot is also called Sasquatch, a name was given to the hominid by the Salish Sasquit tribes of the Pacific Northwest. But did you know this creature is also called: Witiko, Wendigo, and Rugaru by other peoples in the area. These names illustrate the wide influence on many cultures. According to the Washington National Guard. as “North American settlers started reporting sightings during the late 1800s and into the 1900s with the occasional finding of footprints, sporadic encounters and even a few grainy photos and videos adding to the mystery.” The feeling of the unknown has a certain allure to it that makes people want to explore, get in touch with their surroundings even better, and gives people reason to believe.
So when I say Bigfoot is real, he really is real whether there’s concrete evidence of his existence or not, because we all still find the mystery of such a creature to be a plausible concept that can be investigated and shared with others.

Wow! Great story, I like how it goes into detail explaining the theories behind bigfoot and how the evidence’s credibility relies on the reader.

I think there could’ve been evidence to help your case but other than that I like the story. I don’t believe in bigfoot though

As a bigfoot believer, I like how this article dives into the investigation aspect of popular mysteries.
