During the month of March, many people forget about the activities and enjoyment of St. Patrick’s Day. Here are the many ways you can celebrate it.

Leprechaun Traps:

Leprechaun Traps have been around for a while. This is one of the most popular activities for children to do. Making Leprechaun Traps is a great activity to do with family and friends. This activity can bring entertainment and creativity for everyone. This activity is also inexpensive and easy to do with just household items (shoe boxes, napkins, paper, etc.). Traps are supposed to be set up the night before St. Patrick’s Day. The next day, you may discover that a Leprechaun has visited the trap. According to an Irish folktale, if you manage to catch a Leprechaun, you may receive good luck and become rich.

Cookie Decorating:

Cookie Decorating is a great activity for those that enjoy cooking and bonding with family and friends. Many people do cookie decorating contests with their family and make great memories! After the cookie contest, you can reward yourself by eating it all!

Corned Beef and Cabbage:

Corned Beef and Cabbage has been a traditional meal for St. Patrick’s Day. Many people cook this during St. Patrick’s Day. Back in the day, these foods were less expensive for immigrants who came to America. This inexpensive homemade meal is still cherished and enjoyed by many people.

Wear Green!

Many people wear green to be in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day. Green is the traditional color people usually go for when celebrating it. A lot of people believe that if you wear green, it may prevent leprechauns from pinching you. According to research, wearing green may turn you invisible to leprechauns and they will not harm you. Many others believe that if you wear green, it will bring you good fortune and luck.
